Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to almost all countries that have UPS, Fedex or DHL. While, we take care of shipping formalities at Indian ports, it the the responsibility of the client to take care and make due payment of any duties/customs etc. levied onto the package.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours to avoid the item being shipped. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges but if they can ship us back and request for another outfit or a credit note, however they can cancel within 24 hours

What Exactly is the GulaboJaipur Return Policy?
You have 7 days from date of delivery to return items for a credit note or exchange of any item, if the item has size issue or incorrect product.
*Credit note valid for 6 months after returning.
We will refund if the product is damaged or defective.
Do You Need a Reason to Return an Item?
Yes, you need to state a reason as if its defective, damage or an incorrect product. We make sure the description is as same as our Product.
Do I Have to Pay Return Shipping Charges?
No, you do not have to pay return shipping charges, if the product is defective, damaged , or the incorrect product.
But…if you start a live chat and initiate the return that way, you stand a great chance of NOT having to paying return shipping fees.
Can You Abuse the GulaboJaipur Return Policy?
If you tend to return the majority of the stuff you buy, GulaboJaipur will take notice and could flag your account and not let you make any more returns.
Also, if you ask for a return, but never actually return the item, GulaboJaipur will take action against you.
