Very very pathetic

You have some nerve to even ask for a review. After a month of following up and no response to mails, calls being ignored, the request of refund being ignored. Your badly trained support staff who have no mannets, who chose to dispatch the product even after saying to cancel the order. And then the product arrives, faded fabric, badly stitched lace and no where worth the amount of money charged. If you continue in this fashion, pretty soon someone will sue you.
